We provide a fixed fee service on behalf of subcontractors. Our fee is £75.00 (inclusive of VAT) per month and includes the following services;

• annual accounts preparation
• annual preparation of the company's corporation Tax Return
• quarterly VAT Returns
• annual submission of the company's accounts to HM Revenue & Customs and Companies House
• monthly payroll services and filing year end PAYE/NI Returns
• company secretarial and registered office services
• annual preparation of your own Self Assessment Tax Return
• advice as and when you need it on any matter eg IR35, expenses, dividends, salary etc.
